Annual refresher courses for the Contractor/Supervisor, Inspector and Management Planner are offered in Phoenix monthly, as well as bi-annually in Tucson and Las Vegas. The Project Designer Course is addressed through annual refreshers. For a list of those who offer the Project Designer Initial class click here.

Our Lead Based Paint courses are presented by Allstate Services Environmental, Inc which was one of the first organizations to be accredited by the US EPA under the Toxic Substance Control Act. Refresher courses are offered for each discipline, based on the attendee receiving a 3 year certification from US EPA.

In 2001, we added the Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor (CMRS) course, with optional certification through the American Indoor Air Quality Council. With classes offered in Phoenix and Las Vegas, we have already trained hundreds from around the country. New in 2006 are the Certified Indoor Air Quality Investigator/Consultant (CIAQI/C) and the Certified Mold Investigator Consultant (CMI/CMC) courses. The American Indoor Air Quality Council also offer optional certification with these courses, based on minimum educational and work experience requirements.

The Asbestos Institute, Inc. offers consultation advice, as well as serving as a "clearinghouse" for current information, regulation and interpretations. On-site training is available for all of our courses.
